         About

Denise Richard

Of the small town of Aylmer, Quebec,  Denise Richard began her work in support of service at the age 16. By her early twenties she committed to serviee in fitness training which enabled her studies in the contemporary arts. Through university and two Banff Centre Arts residencies she explored lay counsel. This period of her life set a foundation for health and creative care from which she would build and grow over decades to come.

In her early thirties she discovered solace in a women's program sponsored by a Lakota medicine woman, her journey with spirit medicine ignited the way with a multifaith view in spiritual health. This influence brought her to further explore health and healing from other cultures. Namely, Tai Chi, Chi Kung with grandmasters. Over the next decade Denise extended the knowledge in service and explored original health protocols of ancient traditions in support and understanding for care in subtle fields. Bound in faith Denise Richard trained with masters of many traditions and helped to elevate her understanding of compassionate practice and service.

In her late thirties she also engaged in support with the International Assembly of Earthstwards and Spiritual Healers which then gave birth to Fires of Compassion. The ministry grew with care as she continued her training in counsel and service with certifications in restorative health. Due to a lenghty service in training Denise Richard opened Five Blossom Gatherings as a registered trade to offer traditional practices to  inspire natural restorative wellness and compassionate care. Fires of Compassion is home to all to who care, we welcome you to hope in new world.
